Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting this application, you authorize Coffee Group NZ Limited to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
  2. I/WE hereby agree to pay Coffee Group NZ Limited on the 20th of the month following the issue date of the invoice and accept that failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of credit facilities, and entitle Coffee Group NZ Limited to withhold its products and services until the account is paid in full.
  3. Customers may be liable to pay interest on any charges not paid on the due date. Customers will also be liable for any fees, incurred relating to recovery of any monies, goods or services that may be outstanding.
  4. All goods remain the property of Coffee Group NZ Limited until payment is received in full.
